What to do in case of a breakdown?


If your central heating system fails or you have a boiler breakdown, then call our 24/7 helpline on 0845 676 9241 (calls are charged at standard rates), and our friendly customer service advisors will be happy to help you. When you call, please have your HeatCover membership number and a pen ready. Our advisor will prioritise your fault and assign an engineer to visit. We’ll normally call back on the same day if you report the breakdown between 7.00 am and 8.00 am.
